All About Pizza.
We (Ernie & Debra Griffith) have been long time residents of Port
Angeles. We were married in 1970 and had our only child, a son, Wade, in
1979. Wade has always dreamed of having his own pizza place and has worked
at several establishments learning the industry. After working at Daishowa
for 39 years, Ernie decided to take an early retirement and purchase an
abandoned pizza business that the building’s landlord put up for auction.
When this place went on the auction block Ernie thought it would be a good
time to go into business with our son, who was made general manager and we
opened All About Pizza in June of 2004. The three of us each
contribute to the business in our own specialized ways. Ernie is the “Jack
of All Trades” and also handles all the finances including payroll. Debra is
the “Behind the Scenes” partner and does the menu, advertising and designed
and maintains the website. Wade does all the ordering and manages the
employees.

Bigger is truly better at All About Pizza
Making a great pizza requires three things
fresh quality ingredients, a
warm oven and the staff at All About Pizza in
Port Angeles.
"We make the biggest pizza on the North Olympic
Peninsula," says Ernie
Griffith, who owns the business with his son,
Wade. "We make our own dough and pizza
sauce, in-house, and use the highest quality cheeses and bake in gas-fired
brick ovens to create the best tasting pizza you can buy."
All About Pizza uses a special blend of
mozzarella and provolone cheese and a gourmet sourdough crust that is
made fresh, in-house, daily. "It makes a tasty pizza!" explains Wade Griffith.
People can build their own pizza from a choice
of 7 sauces and more than 30 toppings or select from a number of
specialty pizzas with a new recipe introduced monthly.
People can choose from four sizes, a 12-inch medium, 15-inch large, 18-inch extra large and their crowd
pleaser, the 26-inch Party
Size pizza.
"The Party Size pizza is great for a luncheons,
conferences or parties" Griffith says. "This huge, square-cut, pizza
arrives at your door ready to serve and at more than two-feet in
diameter, it's large enough feed
A BIG CROWD!"
People can also choose from bread or cheese
sticks, garlic bread, chicken wings, calzones, grinders, salads, cheesecake
and Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream to top off their meal.
People can pop in
for a huge slice of pizza, ready to eat
from the warmer, from 11am to 2pm and 4pm to 7pm daily.
All About Pizza offers fast and friendly
service and delivers further than any other local company. "We deliver
as far east as
Blue Mtn. as far west as Place
Road and up as far as Lake Dawn
and we promise the pizza will be warm and delicious!"

open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and
Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
